THE STUDIO
Amarand Design is an Interior Design studio based in Alicante founded by Thea Simoni and Martin Wells. The principal activity of the studio is the Interior Architecture/Design and Decoration of residences and boutique businesses such as hotels, restaurants, retail stores and offices. The studio also collaborates with developers in designing the interiors of their new-builds for sale.

Creating emotions through interior architecture and decoration, with a style that withstands the passing of time, lies at the heart of our work. Warmth and elegance in the design and a special sensitivity to the functionality of the spaces are other characteristics that define us. In addition to these, a close and attentive relationship with our clients makes it possible to design spaces that truly reflect them, or in the case of businesses that are a reflection of their brand.

We work with a team of highly qualified professionals in their field, such as architects, builders, project managers, artisans, branding consultants, etc., each one of them characterized by a strong work ethic and talent. With expertise in all these areas, we deliver high quality, beautiful and unique projects that exceed our client’s expectations.

We approach every project with the highest care and respect and we supervise every step of the project, paying the utmost attention to every detail.

Every new project begins from a blank sheet. The ideas are born and developed organically through close communication with the clients, with the goal of gaining maximum understanding of their needs and wishes. We guide our clients through the whole process to help them make their ideas and vision a reality.

Special attention is paid at all times to create cohesiveness and balance between outside environment, interior architecture and decoration. In our work, all the elements involved in the making of the interiors (distribution of spaces, materials, furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories) speak a common language that translates into a whole unified and harmonious space.

In addition to creating a visually attractive design, we give particular importance to evoking feelings and creating atmospheres with our work. The way people behave in a space, the sound of the floor when they walk through, the textures of the materials, the lighting.., all matter in order to create unique sensations and an unforgettable experience.
